Acceptable Use Policy (AIGC Content Standards)

Last updated: September 6, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of FreeAiWork’s AI content-generation products, including Generate Image / image generation, Text to Image / Text-to-Image, Image to Image / image-to-image, Image to Video / image-to-video, Text to Video / Text-to-Video / Video Generation, and related tools. FreeAiWork does not offer Face Swap or other dedicated deepfake / identity-swap products. By using FreeAiWork, you agree to follow this AUP together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

FreeAiWork prohibits generating, uploading, requesting, distributing, or otherwise creating the categories of content listed below. Attempts to bypass safety filters or to rephrase prohibited requests are also violations of this AUP.

1. Content Standards and Prohibited Categories

You are strictly prohibited from generating the following categories of content:

1.1 Pornography / NSFW

You may not generate or request sexual, pornographic, or otherwise NSFW content, including explicit nudity, sexual acts, fetish content, or sexualized depictions of real people. Soft-core or suggestive sexual content intended to sexualize a person is also prohibited.

1.2 Violence / Gore

You may not generate or request graphic violence, gore, torture, mutilation, extreme injury, or content that glorifies real-world violent harm. This includes depictions designed primarily to shock or to promote violence against people or animals.

1.3 Hate Speech

You may not generate or request content that attacks, demeans, or incites hatred or discrimination against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or other protected characteristics.

1.4 Child-Unsafe Content (CSAM)

Any sexual or exploitative content involving minors (anyone 17 or under), including fictional, AI-generated, anime/cartoon, or photorealistic depictions, is strictly prohibited. Grooming, sexualization of minors, or requests that sexualize child-like characters are forbidden. FreeAiWork will report confirmed or suspected CSAM to appropriate authorities as required by law.

1.5 Deepfakes / Face Swap / Impersonation

FreeAiWork does not provide Face Swap as a product. You may not generate or request deepfakes, face swaps, identity substitution, or other synthetic media that impersonate a real person without clear authorization and appropriate disclosure, especially where the content could deceive, defame, commit fraud, interfere with elections, or cause other harm. Non-consensual intimate imagery of real people is prohibited.

1.6 Copyright Infringement / Trademark Infringement

You may not use FreeAiWork to generate or distribute content that infringes copyrights. You also may not infringe trademarks, brand names, logos, or other brand identifiers of others, including unauthorized commercial use or counterfeiting. Do not upload or request copies of protected works, brand assets, or logos without authorization.

1.7 Unauthorized Real-Person Likeness / Portrait Materials

You may not upload, use, or request processing of photographs, videos, or other likenesses of a real person unless (a) the materials depict you, or (b) you have obtained clear authorization from the person depicted (or another lawful rights holder). Uploading another person’s photo or likeness without consent is prohibited.

1A. Uploaded Materials Authorization (User Confirmation)

Where FreeAiWork features allow uploading images or other materials that may depict real people (including Image to Image, Image to Video, portrait editing, and related tools), you must ensure lawful source rights before upload. By uploading such materials and/or checking the on-platform confirmation statement, you affirm that:

  • the uploaded materials are owned by you, or you have obtained authorization from the rights holder; and
  • you will not upload another person’s photo or likeness without consent.

False or unauthorized uploads may result in content removal, account suspension or termination, and cooperation with lawful requests from rights holders or authorities.

2. Enforcement and Violation Handling

If we detect or receive a credible report of a violation, FreeAiWork may take one or more of the following actions, depending on severity and history:

  • Block or refuse the generation request and remove related outputs from public surfaces;
  • Issue a warning and require corrective action;
  • Temporarily suspend or permanently terminate the account;
  • Revoke credits, subscriptions, or other access privileges;
  • Preserve relevant records and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities or rights holders;
  • For CSAM or other illegal content, report to the appropriate authorities without prior notice where legally required.

We may act based on automated signals, human review, user reports, or notices from rights holders. Decisions may be updated if new information becomes available.

3. User Reporting Channels

If you encounter prohibited generated content, misuse of the platform, suspected CSAM, deepfake abuse, or copyright/trademark infringement, please report it promptly:

  • Email: [email protected] (also written as support [at] freeaiwork.com). Subject line recommended: “AUP Report” or “Copyright/Trademark Complaint”.
  • Include URLs, generation IDs, screenshots, timestamps, and a brief description of the issue;
  • For copyright/trademark notices, include your contact details, the work or mark claimed, the allegedly infringing material, and a good-faith statement of ownership or authorization.

We aim to acknowledge actionable reports within a reasonable period and will prioritize reports involving child safety, imminent harm, or illegal content. How we handle reports: intake → triage by severity → automated and/or human review → removal/enforcement → response to the reporter when appropriate.

4. Platform Content Moderation Mechanism

FreeAiWork uses a layered moderation approach to enforce this AUP on all AIGC features:

  • Automated safety filters on prompts and outputs, including Waffo Prompt Sift (scan-prompt) before image/video generation — generation continues only when the verdict is allow;
  • Human review of flagged generations, public gallery items, and user reports;
  • Account and abuse monitoring for repeated policy evasion or high-risk patterns;
  • Public-content controls so that only content meeting our standards may remain discoverable;
  • Continuous improvement of filters, review guidelines, and enforcement workflows as models and abuse tactics evolve.

No system is perfect. Automated filters may over-block or under-block. Users remain responsible for their prompts and for how they use generated content.
