Terms of Service

Last Updated: September 3, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using FreeAiWork (https://www.freeaiwork.com), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). If you do not agree, please cease using our services immediately.

2. Description of Service

FreeAiWork provides AI content-generation products and tools, including Generate Image / image generation, Text to Image / Text-to-Image, Image to Video / image-to-video, Text to Video / Text-to-Video / Video Generation, and related editing features. FreeAiWork does not offer Face Swap or other dedicated deepfake / identity-swap products. Services are provided "as-is" and "as-available".

3. Credits, Subscriptions & Expiration

Our platform operates on a "Credits" system. Credits can be acquired via recurring subscriptions or one-time packages.

Expiration Rule: All credits associated with a subscription plan expire automatically at the end of each billing cycle. Unused credits do NOT carry over or accumulate into the next period.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Dashboard or via your PayPal/Stripe account settings. Access remains active until the end of the current paid cycle.

Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for unused packages. A refund is ONLY possible if zero (0) credits have been consumed. Once an AI generation task is initiated, the service is deemed delivered and non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

User Content: You retain ownership of the content you generate. You grant FreeAiWork a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display public creations for service improvement.

Platform Content: All logos, designs, and software code are the exclusive property of FreeAiWork.

6. AIGC Content Standards and Prohibited Categories

Because FreeAiWork offers generative AI (AIGC) features such as Generate Image, Text to Image, Image to Video, Text to Video, and Video Generation, you must comply with the following content standards. You are strictly prohibited from generating, uploading, requesting, distributing, or attempting to create any of the following:

6.1 Pornography / NSFW

Sexual, pornographic, or otherwise NSFW content is prohibited, including explicit nudity, sexual acts, fetish content, and sexualized depictions of real people.

6.2 Violence / Gore

Graphic violence, gore, torture, mutilation, extreme injury, or content that glorifies real-world violent harm against people or animals is prohibited.

6.3 Hate Speech

Content that attacks, demeans, or incites hatred or discrimination against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or other protected characteristics is prohibited.

6.4 Child-Unsafe Content (CSAM)

Any sexual or exploitative content involving minors (anyone 17 or under)—including fictional, AI-generated, anime/cartoon, or photorealistic depictions—is strictly prohibited. Sexualization of minors or child-like characters is forbidden. Confirmed or suspected CSAM may be reported to competent authorities as required by law.

6.5 Deepfakes / Face Swap / Impersonation

FreeAiWork does not provide Face Swap as a product. Deepfakes, face swaps, identity substitution, or other synthetic media that impersonate a real person without clear authorization and appropriate disclosure are prohibited, especially where used to deceive, defame, commit fraud, interfere with elections, or otherwise cause harm. Non-consensual intimate imagery of real people is prohibited.

6.6 Copyright / Trademark Infringement

You may not generate or distribute content that infringes the copyrights, trademarks, brand names, logos, or other intellectual property rights of others, including unauthorized commercial use or counterfeiting.

Attempts to bypass safety filters are also violations. These rules also appear in our separate Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).

6.7 Unauthorized Real-Person Likeness / Portrait Materials

You may not upload, use, or request processing of photographs, videos, or other likenesses of a real person unless (a) the materials depict you, or (b) you have obtained clear authorization from the person depicted (or another lawful rights holder). Uploading another person’s photo without consent is prohibited.

Where upload features may involve real-person materials (including Image to Image, Image to Video, portrait editing, and related tools), by uploading and/or checking the on-platform confirmation statement you affirm that the materials are owned by you or authorized, and that you will not upload another person’s likeness without consent. False or unauthorized uploads may result in removal, account suspension or termination, and cooperation with lawful requests.

7. Enforcement and Violation Handling

If we detect or receive a credible report of a violation, FreeAiWork may, depending on severity and history: block or refuse the generation request; remove related outputs; issue a warning; temporarily suspend or permanently terminate the account; revoke credits or subscriptions; preserve records; and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities or rights holders. For CSAM or other illegal content, we may report to authorities without prior notice where legally required.

8. User Reporting Channels

If you encounter prohibited generated content, misuse of the platform, suspected CSAM, deepfake abuse, or copyright/trademark infringement, please report it promptly:

  • Email: [email protected] (also written as support [at] freeaiwork.com). Recommended subject: "AUP Report" or "Copyright/Trademark Complaint".
  • Include URLs, generation IDs, screenshots, timestamps, and a brief description of the issue.
  • For copyright or trademark notices, include your contact details, the work or mark claimed, the allegedly infringing material, and a good-faith statement of ownership or authorization.

We aim to acknowledge actionable reports within a reasonable period and prioritize reports involving child safety, imminent harm, or illegal content.

9. Platform Content Moderation Mechanism

FreeAiWork uses a layered moderation approach for AIGC features:

  • Automated safety filters on prompts and outputs, including Waffo Prompt Sift (scan-prompt) before image/video generation; generation continues only when the verdict is allow;
  • Human review of flagged generations, public gallery items, and user reports;
  • Account and abuse monitoring for repeated policy evasion or high-risk patterns;
  • Public-content controls so that only content meeting our standards may remain discoverable;
  • Continuous improvement of filters, review guidelines, and enforcement workflows.

No system is perfect. Users remain responsible for their prompts and for how they use generated content.

10. Limitation of Liability

FreeAiWork shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the AI generation tools.
